The public spaces were beautiful on the LL and lobby floor. 95% of the staff were polite and very helpful. They give you a warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in.
The minifridge was $10aday, I don't expect that from a 4star hotel. There was an open dust covered pipe hanging out of the ceiling. The room never got below 71 and we set it on 68 for 3 days. The hallway was HOT. A ton of roadwork in the area.
The location would be great if not for all the roadwork and construction on 635. The room was too hot and would not cool down. They charged extra for a minifridge, which I just think is weird. But, the staff was very polite and the room and whole hotel was very clean. The common spaces were very nice. Still, overall, we won't stay there again.

Hotel was nice with beautiful lobby.
Only thing I did not like is that rooms did not have refrigerators and breakfast was not included.

The bar and grill in the lobby was great. We were able to get late night dinner and watch the nba playoffs, and it was reasonably priced.
The construction surrounding the hotel is heinous. As much as we enjoyed our stay, in the future I would have liked to have known if there was construction in the area. Would also be nice to know in advance if a specific hotel doesn't serve free breakfast

The staff was very helpful. Also the warm cookie they give at check in is nice.
Location was bad, parking un safe, my room was smokey so they moved me to another room which had a failing air conditioner unit. Had to have someone come in twice to service it and once was 4am. Comforter was stained on the hidden side.
Hmmm dont want to go there again.

The location was perfect for our stay. The attendants at the desk were helpful, polite and speedy. Rooms, very clean. Great beds. I loved the shampoos and soaps and the coffee was wonderful!
