Clean, spacious, functional and included a robe.
Did not include the free breakfast as listed on priceline.

Great hotel for business stay, nice clean and has a restaurant and bar. Priceline needs to get their offer straight though if the hotel does not include free breakfast.

The Hotel was beautiful when you came in and had a nice restaurant area.
First of all, When I checked in my room was very hot and the AC was off and The TV remote was broken. On that same day and night, My bathroom was overfilled and the shower area the water backed up. This was a constant problem.

The Hotel used to be an 8 in quality, service, and amenities, but now it is a poor 2. The Service is horrible and The problem with the plumming and bathroom area was a battle field. They need to take care of the customer, not have the customer experience such a diaster.

This was my first time booking with Priceline and the staff was nice enough to answer questions I had over the phone. When we arrived we were welcomed and given warm cookies! The next morning we checked out and the manager on duty was great as well.
Parking was kind of full at night when we came home from our dinner but nothing that wouldn't make me go back

The rooms were ok and some staff was friendly.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel nor will I reccoment it. It was extremely nosiy.

because we used priceline, we were given a handicap room right next to the elevator. and there were no others to switch to. but it was fine, and quiet after-all.

the pillows and comforter seemed to be down which may be luxurious but to which I am allergic hence I didn't sleep as my companions were sleeping so I didn't wist to disturb them to ask the careline for a change as I didn't realize the problem until after

I liked the convenient location to the concert venue I was attending.
They should not charge a separate fee for parking!

Very clean hotel and helpful staff, The location is great if you plan to go the the Verizon Amphitheater. My room was ok, not great, but for the stay
I was using it for, it sufficed.
I would stay here again and I would recommend it, especially with the Priceline price.

Quick and friendly check in/out process.
Small pool area.

My wife and I go to California once a month to get out of town and the Double Tree chain is our favorite by far. Generally good service, clean and you know what to expect.
