Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Hotel Palm Beach Gardens
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(20) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(43) | Family with Young Children(2) | Family with Teens(7) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(2)

Beautifully cared for property. Seems like everything was new. Great value and location.
Could hear road noise at first and then it just became part of the background. It is at the corner of 95 and PGA.
Nice lobby and bar. Friendly staff. Beautifully appointed rooms. Easy on and off highway and close to high quality shopping and a lot of good restaurants.

The location
Yes. The room next to me was occupied by a loud barking dog. The front desk said that someone must have snuck the dog in a/c dogs are not allowed on the 4th floor. I would not stay at a hotel that allows pets in the room. I am allergic.
Overall it was not a good experience .

Location relative to Cardinal spring training facility.
We feel that the whole hotel and all of its rooms should be non smoking. One night we came back to our room and the entire hallway reeked of cigar smoke. That is a real negative. We accidentally booked a smoking room and had to stay with it.

The lobby and lobby bar were very well appointed and gave the appearance of being a nicer hotel.
The rooms were upgraded with flat screens and granite counter. The carpet was newer. The walls, paint and doors themselves were dated. The first room we had was labelled as non-smoking yet had a 2" cigarette burn in the carpet and smelled like smoke.

Location. Quiet. Very clean.
It was perfect for us.
I would stay here again. Great location. Perfect access to the interstate for us to travel to Jupiter to a ballgame. We needed assistance with our patio door and tv and the maintenance man was right there.

Nice rooms and courtesy staff - quick check-in and out with no hassle. Hotel was attractive and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay, especially the beds which were extemely comfortable.
Spent a lot of time on the patio but not once did the waiter ask if he could get us anything, however the table next to us was serviced by him none stop for the evening. We finally gave up and went to the bar and then left the hotel fror dinner.
Stay here for a great nights sleep!

Location was perfect, room and cleanliness were perfect. It was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Room service did not deliver breakfast as requested, which made me late for my scheduled event. That was the only negative of the entire stay.
