Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Hotel Spokane-City Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was excellent. It was clean and comfortable with a great view of downtown, the riverfront park and the river. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. We were extremely pleased with the service and the experience as a whole.
Only complaint is that parking should be included in the price. Other than that it was an excellent stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality and great service downtown Spokane.

The hotel was clean and had a LARGE desk for me to do my work. That was really nice
NO PARKING WHATSOEVER! They have ZERO parking spaces and they charge you like $15 a night to park in the lot next door. There are meters on the street so you cannot park there either. They should work the parking into the price of the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of downtown Spokane, but there is NO PARKING. You must pay $15 a night to keep your car in the lot next door. THat was a huge bummer for me, especially because it doesnt say anywhere that they do not provide parking. Also, no free breakfast. They do have nice rooms. Clean! And very comfortable beds. I wont stay at this hotel again because I need to be able to have my car available and I dont think I should have to pay that much to keep it there. Overall the stay was good. ...read more

The central location is excellent if you are doing anything downtown.

The gentleman at the Front Desk was very friendly and accommodating- even so much as to give up a wonderful room with a view upon inquiry. The location was key to explore downtown Spokane and the RiverFront Park area. Great view of the park and river.
I didn't know there was a $12 per day parking fee.

Key location for exploration of Downtown Spokane. The Park, the Arts Center, The River, the Nightlife, Great eats- all within walking distance. Super helpful staff and a clean friendly environment. Loved it all!

Good location.
Room window wouldn't shut completely, causing a whistling sound from the wind. TV channels would freeze or drop altogether. When I told the front desk person about the problems (as I was checking out), she didn't apologize for the inconvenience.

The location is great
We were told upon arrival that Priceline had sold us a room that wasn't available. This was ridiculous, as I had called the front desk twice to confirm that we would have two queen beds. They did try to make it right by giving us free parking.

This is generally a good hotel in a fantastic location. We have always been pleased with the rooms. This time, though, the blower on the heating unit kept coming on all night randomly even though we had turned it off. This was extremely annoying.

The location was ideal. Proximity to the event we attended was outstanding.
No. My wife and I stayed here before and knew what we were getting.

The location right between the convention center and IMB performing arts center is perfect. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and professional. The onsite restaurants are good but relatively expensive, there are other dining options within a block. All in all a good value for the location.
