The location is terrific. Easy walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Pleasant walk to aquarium, London Eye, and Tate Modern. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, nothing fancy.
I was ver disappointed with the "concierge" or customer relations desk. We had a very negative experience trying to arrange a taxi to the airport. We scheduled the night before and there was no taxi the next day. Concierge was rude and unhelpful.

If you are looking for a nice hotel close to central London, this is a solid choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful with the exception of some of the concierge staff.

Great location close to Westminster, a couple of minutes walk to the tube.
Very expensive breakfast and any meals at were very high priced. I suppose it is London what do you expect.

Great hotel for the cost, go down to the Regency for breakfast and dinner if you are in the area. A 6 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff was very good, very helpful. A business hotel but we found it very comfortable.

The rooms were wonderful, the staff was super helpful and friendly!

the tube is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but it is down a lovely tree lined street in a very quiet and safe area.

A helpful staff and a willingness to help. The room was clean and appealing.
This hotel is quite far from public transportation;i.e. tube or bus service. As a result older people must resort to the taxi which is a much greater mode of transportation.

My overall experience was quite positive and I recommendespite its' public transport shortcoming.

Great room at a great price with helpful staff and awesome location. Not much else I could ask for!
A continental breakfast included in the cost for our stay would've been nice.

Very clean room with a nice and comfortable bed. Quiet, even with construction going on nearby. The shutters helped really block out morning light, which is a necessity for me to sleep well. I enjoyed the complimentary cookies and water offered. Also, the Apple computer to use for free with internet in the room was such an awesome bonus!I would definitely stay here again next time my fiance and I visit London. ...read more

The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and we loved the free wifi. We also loved the lounge.
The fire alarm went off early one morning and the following morning the power went out. We understand these things happen but that was our only complaint.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great experience. The staff was so warm upon our arrival and the hotel is located in a great spot. The rooms were spacious and the wifi was a great perk, as was the delicious cookie.
