Hotel Guest Reviews of the Downtowner Motel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 29, 2012

Located too far from the Strip than I expected & was in an isolated area.

If you decide to stay in Vegas. Cheap style. This place is clean safe and best deal in town! Staff was very nice.

This hotel should be torn down. Was very old, dirty in need of cleaning and had the worst parking. Would rather sleep at a bus station.

CHEAP!! you get exactly what you pay for. I liked it, but wouldn't recomend for families; area is a little sketchy. AC in room didn't work. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Perfect place if you need something cheap and close to old town and if you have nothing valuable.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I asked for a very clean room and I got it. There is a $10 key and remote control fee which is fully refundable but they refund you with cash and will not put the credit back on your credit card which I didn't like.

The building looked to be old and was renovated for the purpose intended and was not very appeasing to the eye. The floors creaked when walking, the main office is across the street for ice or nick knacks.

You get what you pay for but I was disappointed. I called the motel before booking through this site because I needed 2 beds and the site didn't give me that option. When i called the really nice guy at the desk said he would give me a room with 2 beds. When we got there there were no rooms with two beds and they already charged my card. My poor kids had to sleep on the dirty carpet which upset my daughters asthma. ...
