Great location! Fantastic housekeeping maids everything else meh.
Random leak in our room. You could see mildew in the shower.

Stay at another hotel. For the price it's not worth it. There was mildew in the shower and a bad draft escaping through the windows. This should be billed a two star hotel based on the rooms alone.

helpful staff; fairly clean rooms; bell staff locks luggage for u in lobby after u've checked out - many hotels only hold luggage behind concierge desk.

I loved the ambiance of the hotel. Location is perfect. Staff were very welcoming. Getting an orange on my pillow at night was fantastic!

All aspects of the hotel were wonderful!

Very clean, well run.

A great hotel from check in to check out. Efficient friendly service, super clean rooms, fair price. I love the Dream theme too, the rooms have cool lighting with options for blue under bed lights and more, the whole hotel just made me feel cozy and relaxed yet fresh. I slept quite well for being in NY :)

Nice room (though small) with great amenities, including an orange on the pillow instead of the usual chocolate! Great location - very convenient.

I was warned by the reviews that the rooms could be noisy because there's a restaurant/bar in the hotel, so I asked for a quiet room. The room I was given did not face the street and was completely quiet. The hotel was very nice and in an extremely convenient location, in mid-town and near various subway stops and restaurants. U would b a whiner if u had a negative review.

Cool modern hotel, nice staff. Really close to times square , rooms simple, clean . Nice restaurant ajacent to hotel. Little pricey for breakfast. Stay in lots of hotels in NYC. Good price . Would definatly stay again.

I had a problem when we checked in they ran my card for the entire amount of my bill and had to wait to get money credited back to account and hotel staff did not inform me they were going to rerun my card, I could of had problems at my bank
