Hotel Guest Reviews of the Drury Inn And Suites Memphis South
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 30, 2013

The hotel is very close to everything. You will definitely enjoy staying here. I stayed here on new years and so I expected a lot of noise but it was fairly quiet the whole night. They have very thick walls. They offer complimentary popcorn at night and breakfast in the morning. The room was fairly clean. They have cable and a microwave. The heat worked wonderfully when I turned it on, and I slept like a baby. ...

Overall the hotel was well worth the money and all the extras were great. The whirlpool had to be reset by the staff everyday if the button gets pushed too many times it trips it off. There should be a note. The hallway smelled of urine in some areas. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is easy to get to, right off the highway. The staff was so helpful all through our stay. I loved the fact that they fed us 2 meals and we got to get on with what we came to town for. They took the hassle out of looking for places to eat. And the food was of very good quality and variety. We will stay again when needed. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Given that most elements, location, cleanliness, physical amenities, etc. are equal or better than competitively priced inns, Drury's complimentary cocktails and hors doeuvres in the evening and great complimentary breakfast give it a decided edge. We will certainly choose Drury whenever possible and have already recommended it to several others.

We stayed in 5 different hotels on our recent road trip and this hotel was by far and away our favorite. My husband, infant and I were traveling to a work conference for me and this hotel was a great layover spot. The room was nice, stylish and inviting. The staff promptly brought us a baby crib and bedding at no extra charge. The bathroom was large and nicely finished with a big bathtub our baby loved playing in to stretch his legs after the long car ride. In the morning the breakfast was great and the staff made sure we had a high chair for our baby. We don't have Drury Inns where we are from but next time we take a trip, I will definitely try to stay in one after our experience here! ...
