Hotel Guest Reviews of the Drury Inn And Suites St Joseph

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The bathroom was awesome with a nice shower head. Kids enjoyed the pool.
The elevator seemed awfully slow.

We enjoyed our quick overnight stay in St. Joseph. Nice morning buffet was served. The staff did an excellent job of keeping food fresh. There was 2 bus loads of kids from out of state staying there, so that was a little overwhelming. Elevators were very slow. Did get a rollaway for the room, which did make the room feel very cramped.

Drury Inn! Location.
n/a

If there was a Drury Inn in every town I traveled to I would stay in them. This one was no exception. Love the kickbacks, room very clean, and staff very friendly.

Clean, bright room
swimming pool had to be closed

Had a wonderful stay, will be back, only down side was that the pool had to be closed due to a sick child. My 2 young boys were very disappointed.

Nothing.

We feel the hotel exceeded its star rating, the rooms were extremely plush many pillows great bed, very clean, staff friendly pet friendly had their evening snack which was more then a snack. This hotel deserves a 5 star rating. Great for the money spent!

Breakfast buffet was great ! Bathroom was beautiful !
I would prefer bacon rather than sausage for breakfast.

This was a wonderful place to spend the night. The staff was extremely friendly, even thought they were working on the Thanksgiving holiday. As long as you can afford $121.60 for an overnight stay, this is the place to be.

Friendliness of staff.
There was no milk or orange juice for breakfast as staff could not locate a missing key for the machines.

Clean and friendly hotel but breakfast was inadequate.

It was great to have a hot evening meal so that we didn't have to leave the hotel once we checked in. The popcorn and pop from 3-10 pm was nice also.
The hot tub could have been cleaner.

I would definately stay here again and at their other locations in the US. It was a very good value for the money with the hot food and drinks in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning. The dining area was very spacious and inviting. Lobby area was a great place to have local family come to visit us. The rooms could have been a bit larger as well as having queen beds vs double beds. ...read more

Happy hour and breakfast

The room was nice until a storm moved in and it began to rain outside and INSIDE the room. Water was pouring in from the top of the window. I called to the desk at 10:30pm to inform them of the water leaking in and they said they would come up and check on it. One hour later, no one appeared. I no longer cared about the water damage. Other guests were sleeping in the room so I didn't pursue the hotel staff in fear I would wake them. It was a sleepless night! ...read more
