Loved the breakfast and dinner buffets!
Would like for the dinner buffet to have stayed open an hour later. Also, there should be ice cream products for dessert.

We left something in the room and they held it for us. Also like the free food options.
Thought it was more a 2.5 than a 3 star.

Staff was friendly and attentive, food was very good. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient location. Love having free wireless Internet.

The food and customer service.
There were ants on the desk in room.

The staff was very friendly. The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and it was nice to be able to relax once we got in from traveling all day.

Free popcorn and soft drinks are a nice touch.
I arrived and there was a sign on the desk, "be back shortly." I waited close to 10 minutes before anyone showed up. It was 8:30 p.m. Inexcusable.

This hotel would be fine if it were a 2.5 star.The room was small, rather dark in decor, and not particularly inviting, although it was clean. Lobby area was nice, with free popcorn and soft drinks available. Arriving after a 5-hour drive to a sign that reads, "Be Back Shortly" and then waiting nearly 10 minutes for someone to show up is not my idea of a good way to make a first impression. ...read more
