The staff were very nice & helpful; beds were comfortable. Loved the breakfast and the 5:30pm snack food. Also liked the shampoo/conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower.
No complaints.

Overall, this is one of our best hotel stays and we travel alot for baseball.

Free diet coke and popcorn in the evenings. Simple and cheap but so refreshing after a hot day.
Pool was under repair. Had to use the neighbor hotels pool which was not as nice.

One of the friendlist staffs I have ever experience in my life. Great job.
If there would be one suggestion, a little more variety on breakfast bar. It was plenty, but more selection is always great.

Great staff. Made you feel like family. Clean rooms and hotel. Food was fresh and good tasting.

Very nice reception area when we checked in for the night. Breakfast was awesome!

This was first time to stay at Drury. Will be making reservations in the future at same hotel. Very nice & clean. Breakfast was hot & very tasty.

No refrigerator, no microwave, not that clean.

The food provided is cheap, fatty, and unappealing. No refrigerator in room, dirt in all corners. Desk set up was not good. Icky colored comforter so that you can't tell how long it's actually been since comforters been washed. Would not stay at again.

first night-the shower was broken and the toilet was stopped up. Desk clerk couldn't find the maintenance man.

The first night, the shower knob was broken and the desk clerk could not find the maintenance man so their solution was to give my husband a pair of pliers. Then the toilet didn't work. The 'queen' sized beds were very small and very uncomfortable. Since they could not repair the shower, we were moved to a different room which meant having to move all of our things when we returned to the hotel at 10 pm. Apparently there was a birthday party going on in the next room and was very loud. Next time we stay in Lafayette, we will definitely go back to the Crown Plaza. ...read more

The staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to make our stay a great one.

This is a wonderful hotel right off of I-10. It was very convenient, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, the pool nice and the complementary welcome hour in the evening and breakfast in the morning exceeded expectations. But, the highlight was the friendly and accommodating staff!

We've stayed at the Drury Inn in Layfayette twice now and have really liked it both times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff really makes an effort to be polite and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is excellent.
