The staff was terrific and helpful. They tried to entertain our 1yr old while we checked in and when the Priceline system had issues they gave us our keys to go to the room while they continued to work with Priceline to confirm the registration.

The hotel did not have a restaurant or bar but they did a good job of offering a evening snack and drinks for their guests. Also there are lots of places to eat very near by.

Way nicer than its three stars. Very, very enjoyable stay. Hot breakfast. Very clean. Modern decor. Spacious room. Overall, would come back specifically to this location without hesitating.
I wish I knew they had free evening hot appetizers at 5:30 for guests because then I would have tried to arrive earlier.

They couldn't accomodate with a roll away bed in our room

Easy freeway access and good location to shopping. Hotel is still relatively new, so it was neat and clean. Staff was very pleasant. Location was good for us also, we didn't want to stay in the crowded downtown area so this was good. Still easy to get to the airport and downtown when we needed to. Nice to have the breakfast in the mornings, but we got a little sick of the exact same things everyday. We would have liked to have seen a little variety since we stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly, helpful & accomadating! Very modern & chic looking hotel! I'd recommend this hotel to family/friends. Will definitely stay there again!
Loved everything!

The "kickback" was a nice twist. Good way to relax, refuel & head back out.

The rooms were fantastic and the service was excellent. Breakfast was as good as anywhere I have stayed. Loved the pool and hot tub deck area.
Just the location. Once we figured out where the hotel was located, it was OK but we had a terrible time finding the hotel with the directions on the website and the map was very misleading with mileage.

This hotel is bright and clean with plenty of open spaces in the public areas and hallways.
Beware the flocks of children swarming the free buffet in the morning and evening.

This hotel is an exceptional value in San Antonio. They provide plenty of free, safe parking, happy hour and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the rooftop pool area!
The food left me wanting a little bit, the sausage at breakfast was really too greasy and we they only had chili dogs for the dinner option, but I wasn't expecting restaurant quality food for free meals.

The location along the feeder road for the outer loop made it a little difficult to get to and from the hotel, just a little longer than I would have liked.

Breakfast was good. The shelf seat in the shower was good. Room was a good size.
The room and bathroom felt and looked clean and new, but the hallway floors grossed me out. It made me question the cleanliness of the room.
