Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Durango Downtown Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 25, 2013

The hotel is centrally located. Close to the train station, trolley stop, farmer's market, Applebee's restaurant and main street. The room was clean, reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

While it is on a busy highway we did not hear a sound from it. Out back is a really nice river with a walking path if you need to stretch your legs. While not a luxury hotel, it did fine for our one night stay. Located within walking distance form downtown with lots of eating choices. Clean and comfy.

This hotel was average for the price. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The choice of television stations available was abbreviated at best (not that good of a selection available).

I would recommend this hotel for easy access to the charming Downtown and easy access to the river trail. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Downtown area with lots of terrific restaurants and shops. The decor was nice, and the room was clean. I was pleased with this hotel, with good value and location close to Downtown Durango.

It was okay for one night. Expensive for what it was.

Hotel staff was wonderful beyond words! Would stay at this hotel again. Ali was such a help and so were the other girls.

Rooms were cheaply furnished and as I stated overly priced.
