great location

The hotel is centrally located. Close to the train station, trolley stop, farmer's market, Applebee's restaurant and main street. The room was clean, reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful with local info and hotel questions. Stayed for just one night on a long trip. It was comfortable and clean. Great price.
Maybe it was just that night but there were a lot of young folks that we heard through the night. I think there was a festival in town so this is not the hotel's fault.

While it is on a busy highway we did not hear a sound from it. Out back is a really nice river with a walking path if you need to stretch your legs. While not a luxury hotel, it did fine for our one night stay. Located within walking distance form downtown with lots of eating choices. Clean and comfy.

The location of the hotel.
Room walls were very thin and apparently a couple were having a fight in the adjoining room in the middle of the night which woke both me and my roommate up.

This hotel was average for the price. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The choice of television stations available was abbreviated at best (not that good of a selection available).

The location was the best part of this hotel. The hotel is right on the river with easy access to the paved river trail. The Downtown area is within easy walking distance with great restaurants.
There was no breakfast included with this room, although there was hot coffee and instant oatmeal available in the lobby in the mornings.

I would recommend this hotel for easy access to the charming Downtown and easy access to the river trail. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Downtown area with lots of terrific restaurants and shops. The decor was nice,and the room was clean. I was pleased with this hotel, with good value and location close to Downtown Durango.

My room was nice and quiet, it was set away from the parking lot and further from traffic.
Outdated spring mattress and box spring beds.

Hotel staff was wonderful beyond words! Would stay at this hotel again. Ali was such a help and so were the other girls.

For poor for the price. It was like a motel 6 with the price of a Wyndham.

Rooms were cheaply furnished and as I stated overly priced.
