Hotel Guest Reviews of the East Houston Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 2, 2013

Location was great, close to Chinatown, east village and in soho. If you're looking for an NYC experience then this is definitely a great choice. Everything is within 5-10 minutes walking and the Williamsburg bridge/Brooklyn is within a $15 can ride. Hotel staff was a bit less than accommodating, but they weren't rude. I would say acceptable. The rooftop terrace was absolutely beautiful at night, and a great plus. ...

The whole place was nice and clean. 2 cons: the bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a glass wall, which prevents any privacy; the "included breakfast" was only coffee. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it, the room was very clean, the hotel well located and the staff helpful.

There is no better bohemian-type neighborhood. No hotel in the area offers cleaner, neater, or more architecturally beautiful interior at that price range.

Would never recommend for cleanliness or room. Location and friendly staff were only redeeming values.

Great value for the money. Yes, rooms are small but were better than we had expected. The breakfast is small but a great way to start the day and the staff is friendly. Location is great as well.
