The staff are unprofessional, the entrance is extremely confusing, and the all-digital codes are risky.

There is no front desk, the phone number cannot be reached, the room is noisy, cannot fall asleep.

I liked the uniqueness of the hotel as a whole. This is not your traditional hotel with a lobby and bellhop that you have to pay in bubble gum if you are without cash. This is a great business travel spot. A home away from home feeling.
