Poor service, cold dirty room, dirty shower, inconsiderate housekeeping (banged on the door loudly at 9am, check out is 11!) bed was uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful and lobby was updated & clean, but the room was worn such as the faucet chrome worn down, paint scrubbed off of switches. Air unit was extremely loud.

Family Traveling with Teens
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The continental breakfast choices were limited. My room was loud, the toilet ran all night, and other guests used ice vending all night. The room smelled like smoke, and the bathroom smelled sour. I would not stay there again. It was cheap, and you get what you pay for

I am really happy with the employees, I left an emerald necklace in my room and it was turned in to the front desk. I was really expecting someone to keep it instead of turning it in. You cannot imagine how happy I was!

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and basic. It was close to the freeway, making for easy access. For the price this hotel was a good deal, but I would have enjoyed a better breakfast, but I may be unrealistic as I am used to staying at more expensive hotels. We spent little time there, so we didn't wish to spend a lot. We mainly needed a comfortable, clean place to stay and it fulfilled that need and had a pretty good selection of cable TV. ...
