The price
The breakfast was a total joke. Homeless people would reject what they were offering. What they have out was old - cheap - and simply there to advertise that they have a breakfast.
Cheap hotel - uncomfortable chairs - minimal beds - drones for staff - a breakfast that wasn't fit for a dog.

Location.
When you check in late, you have to stand in this little booth and it didn't seem safe.
Hotel room was clean, but other people were obviously smoking in the non-smoking rooms. The bathroom was not clean at all and pretty small.

Simple quick check in and check out.
Some loud patrons at 11:00 outside our door. No good when you are racing a two day Enduro race and getting very little sleep anyway.
Rooms were clean and stocked. Sheets and Towels were clean and restocked. Accidentally left my wallet on TV and it was never touched by room staff. Check in and check out were possibly the quickest I have ever had.

Between the two rooms that we rented we killed 6 very large cockroaches in the rooms upon arrival, it was disgusting.
