Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Ashland

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing.
Hotel manager was very rude would not give me a receipt.

For the price I would expect the hotel to have brochures in the room of restaurants that delivered. They need to get a new owner or manager he was very rude.

The staff was friendly.
The hotel was not updated - my husband made the comment that it felt like we were transported back to the 70's.

This hotel needs a lot of improvements. Though overall it was clean, it looked old and the toilet was malfunctioning. We were just stopping over on a long drive, so we only stayed one night. I would definitely not have wanted to stay any longer than that. The staff was friendly.

Dirty room, housekeeper didn't change bed sheet. Also watch out for hidden fee that hotel will charge.

Careful with hidden fees that charged by hotel. I paid $80/night to 2 queen beds. It's a rip off and when I left I saw housekeeper make the bed without even changing the bed sheet. He basically just fold the used bed sheet.

Its location was excellent, the staff was courteous, the bed was comfortable.
A handicap bar in the bathroom would have helped.

Despite location adjacent to freeway, quiet, helpful staff; easy access to freeway; quality linens even for an economy hotel.
No in - room coffee maker.

Easy access to freeway, quiet location, picturesque setting and vistas from poolside. Helpful staff, quality linens, in-room refrigerator and microwave. Looking for convenient and economy lodging, I would highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again.

Very helpful staff.

I've stayed here many times over the course of the last few months due to needed surgery. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Met my every need.
