Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge At Port Of Portland

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The price was great. It had a refrigerator and microwave in it.
They should use fitted sheets on the mattresses because the flat sheets don't stay on. I would have enjoyed some more choices for the continental breakfast like cereal and milk. There was muffins and fruit and juice/coffee.

Kind of an old motel that has been fixed up. The rooms are small and the bathtub had cigarette burns on it, but the floors and walls were newish. The bathroom sink was made for a tall person...I had to stand on my tip toes to brush my teeth!

It is a convientant location for the Max train and the bus system, when we just wanted to shop Downtown.
We will be back. No complaints.

Excellent staff.
Adjoining room had a loud part to 1 am.

Staff took care of the loud party issue.

Free coffee in the morning.
Dodgy location, i was worried about my car outside all night and the area sis not seem safe.

Close to the airport I guess but we were not flying. Decided to stay here as it was pet friendly but had to pay extra for my dog and in the end it did not seem like a great value. There were a bunch of dodgy people staying there and I would not recommend leaving anything in the car. The toilet was also broken, next time I would just spend a few dollars more and get a good nights sleep. ...read more

The sheets had burn holes. The room smelled like smoke, in a non-smoking room, waited at front desk for 20 min.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful.
Thin walls.

At a convenient and easy to find location. The desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. The walls are very thin, I could hear people next door.

The staff
It was in a red light district and the clientel was not someone I would bring home to mother.

The hotel for an older hotel was in fair condition. The sauna was not in order when we got there. They unfortunately had rowdy guests and were putting out brush fires when we were trying to check in. The staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast left something to be desired if you are diabetic, or on a low carb diet.
