This hotel reminded us of a "rent by the hour" drug/alcohol haven. Unsafe for a family spending the night in a great town/city that thrives on tourism. The pictures showed a better class establishment /clientele than was reality.

Non-smoking room was not available. The stench of old cigaretts in our room was nauseating.
This was a last-minute, last room available anywhere in town choice for one night. The room, bathroom, and bed linens were clean. The air-conditioning and ancient TV worked. The staff was pleasant. This is a very old, but reasonably well-maintained 50's style roadside motel and nothing more.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, pool was clean , staff was very kind and helpful.
No complaints.
Very convenient to all the local activities, very clean, nice pool and great staff.

convient to all locations- 10 mintues to homassassa springs and 5 minutes to crystal river water ways. air conditioning is cold. allows boats
rooms alittle dated but if you just sleeping and moderate time in room is great.
