Satisfactory for price paid and met nearly all expectations.

This was the perfect hotel for what I was looking for. I wanted some place dirt cheap that I only had to spend one night in and wouldn't have to avoid touching everything. I'd definitely recommend it.

Floors, sheets and bathroom were clean, but room smelled of cigarettes. Previous guests have damaged bathroom counter, clothes hanging rack and bed headboard.

Good value as long as you don't have high expectations.

The management team is incredibly rude to guests and the rooms smell like smoke and mildew. I came to this hotel for my daughter's college graduation in hopes that I could stay somewhere decent for two days. I was disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel EcnoLodge in Framimingham, MA to anyone.

The hotel has maintained the same status, since our previous stay ten years back. No better, no worse. A clean bed and room is what we required and that is what we received. We expected no more than we received.

Ok for one night or at last minute as my stay was.

The room is large, there is free internet and for the same price in Europe, you only get a room with the toilettes and shower in the corridor, shared by other guests. For a short stay it is ok.

For a few more dollars per night, you can stay at a much better motel or even a regular hotel. The Econo Lodge at Framingham MA is literally stale and only in fair condition at best.
