The staff were very nice and very helpful. Location was good.
The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, we found a roach in our room, and the breakfast was horrible, they had near nothing that they stated they had and it wasn't because we were late down there as we had to leave by 7 am and was very disappointing.

Great location, wonderful staff, clean large room, excellant aminities!
Every thing was great! Especially the cost!

This hotel is perfect for the travelers who are going to the Festival of Lights. Perfect location, just off the Interstate situated on a picturesque hill.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made the whole trip worth while.
Not much parking in front of the hotel. I was very nervous about parking and walking to the door alone at night.

Very nice for the price. Friendly and courteous staff. Continental breakfast could be expanded but they have waffles and coffee! The room was beautiful and everything was operational. A light bulb burned out in my lamp and the clerk changed it out immediately. Nice sitting room off the lobby next to the dining area. Great place to stay!

Good continental breakfast & comfortable beds.
Bathroom wasn't as clean as I prefer.

Easy access from the interstate. The beds were comfortable and the room was adequate for our stay. Front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety of items. Overall, a decent stay for a night or two.

Easy access from the main road it was clean and in a quite area.
There wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel.

I liked the ease of check-in and out it had a good breakfast the rooms was clean and smelled good and not stuffy.

I liked the beds. They were comfortable and I had a good sleep.
The repairs in the bathroom looked pretty bad. Cosmetically it could use a professional hand.

The staff were real nice. The room was easy to get too. The parking was easy and close to where the entrance was. The down side is the bathrooms could use a professional makeover. The caulking looked horrible but other than that it was ok.

We received no maid service the second day and the do not disturb sign was not out.

Not very happy with the continental breakfast. Out of orange juice the first day and out of cappucino the second day.
