Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Kansas City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice shower.
The sheets were dirty so we had to ask for clean sheets. Also there seemed to be an ant problem at the breakfast area.

Would not return.

The hotel staff was very welcoming.
The interior was outdated.

This hotel was good for what my friends and I needed. We needed a place to stay that was close to Power & Light District for a reasonable price. It was everything I expected it to be.

It was convenient.
It was dirty.

The room was dirty, there was a hair ball beside my bed, the bathroom was filthy... I would not stay there again.

Room was clean & bed comfortable!
Very hot in the lobby; air conditioning was not on in the lobby & it was a hot day!

Overall, I would stay there again for a one-night stay; not really recommend for traveling with a group of kids or family. Efficient for the one night stay.

The desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful - especially the man on days, Dec.31 and Jan.1.
The room was small , but OK for the time we were there.

Very nice staff, close to Harrah's casino.

Newly renovated. New flat screen TV.

This place has bee newly renovated. The room was clean with flat screen TV. Very different from the old run-down establishment. I will stay again.

The A/C sounded like a 747.

Room had an uncomfortable bed, the AC was loud, the smoke detector had a low battery so every 30 seconds the alarm sounded a loud chirp. We didn't sleep a wink all night. Since we had checked in at 10:30 PM, there was no one available to silence the smoke detector chirp.
