Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Knoxville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clerk was willing to assign us a new room when our toilet broke.
The clerk was rude to my boyfriend.

Our toilet broke and half of the lights didn't work, but it was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was nice and the hotel personnel was courteous.
Carpets were stained and
bed linen was not completely dry.

Good breakfast and courteous staff. Need more staff to clean rooms. My room was not cleaned until after 4 pm.

The price.
Since it's close to the interstate it's very loud even at night.

This is a great hotel if you're just passing through town and need a good, clean place to sleep for a night.

It was well kept, yet inexpensive.

The hotel was exactly what we needed - a place to sleep for 6 hours during our trip. It was clean and well kept, yet also very inexpensive. There was also a self-serve breakfast area in the lobby.

Very quiet.

This was a small hotel, but the rooms were very well appointed and clean. The tub area needed some attention-there was mildew or rust stains in the corners. We were pleased with the quality overall.

When I had a problem with the key, staff worked diligently to correct the problem.
