Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Malden
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(2) | Solo Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(7) | Family with Young Children(1) | Family with Teens(1) | Senior Traveler(1)

For the rates, you definitely get your money's worth. The staff were great, with quick response and service. And the location was good also.

The bed was comfortable. The women who worked there were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was basically clean.
the hotel was too far from anywhere.
The hotel was certainly not what I expected. I was disappointed in the travel time between the hotel and my my destination in Boston.

Did not like this hotel at all. Services was not good. Room was smoking room and I asked for non smoking. Rug was burned.
Everything, from what I said above to the continental breakfast was a loaf of bread for everything to pick from and store bought donuts that melted.

Disgusting smoke smell in room.
It was older, but fairly clean in the room. The smell of smoke was overwhelming.

The person who helped check us in was very helpful and friendly.
I called the front desk because we were told our check-out time would be extended until 1pm then they said 2pm and finally it was 12pm.
