Employees really great! Clean rooms - quiet location
No places close by to buy food - so location wasn't great for shopping - but great for quiet

Hotel had not received my confirmation from priceline - the employee was extremely helpful in trying to resolve the problem. But priceline gave him one price for the room to be charged to them but charged me a higher price to my credit card. I don't think they advertised a breakfast but they had a small one there which was great for me. The room was clean and came with microwave, coffee pot, ref. and hair dryer. Great place for the money. Average size room but clean and well kept. Conveniences like a fridge and microwave that our 3&1/2 star hotel did not have for 3 times the price. Best buy to date.
Not really in Monticello. Closer to Tallahassee.

The room was fine. However, the manager did nothing to resolve a problem.
I think that customer service is essential and in this case there wasn't any.

The hotel is in a great location for my needs. It was clean and well cared for.
It was difficult to reach someone in the office when I tried to extend my stay and had to personally go to the office to straighten out the request because they could not understand me and I could not understand them.

Bed was comfortable. Easy on and off from the interstate.

Good place to stay when traveling and just needing a place to crash from driving! Bed was comfortable.

Easy access off 1-10 and back on.
AC didn't blow cold, they 1st told me that they were sold out, we ended up happy.

If traveling alone very scary truck stop gas station and hotel thats all around that exit breakfast (yogurt muffin bagel) in small room no room to get anything if others in there.

The hotel offered a warm breakfast. The room is clean.

I think the price is reasonable, and the hotel is good for travelers to have a rest during the trip. The room is clean.
