Family Traveling with Young Children
The lady at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. After about 11 card keys she made for us, finally only 1 worked. She seemed ill and unable to get us checked in correctly. Our room was not cleaned the first day I think because she had us in the computer as no shows. On a good note the room was clean and comfortable.

Solo Traveler
I was not happy with this room. I do expect a clean room, no matter the hotel chain. There was 1/2 full bottle of shampoo which was already opened as was the lotion. There was no conditioner at all. There was hair in the bathroom, both on the toilet seat and in the shower. They did have clean sheets; however, I didn't sleep well due to someone's car alarm going off about 7 times during the night. This was not the fault of the hotel. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Clean but room had a musty smell to the room pool wasn't ready upon arrival. After two day was ready but rained rest of the days.
