Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Williamsville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

This is a cheap hotel, well-located -- but I would still not stay here again. I stayed due to the pet-friendly nature, but the overall experience was not worth it. Dirty room, blood on the comforter, dirt on towels -- in the future I will simply pay more for a better place.

The hotel is exactly what it says it is -- a low priced no frills hotel. There was nothing special about it, but there was nothing really wrong with it. It is older and showing wear, but for our purposes it was fine as we were only looking for a place to sleep for a few nights. Once we ran the air conditioner, the pet smell disappeared.

Basically you get what you pay for as far as this place goes, there was dried up nail polish on the bathroom door and the bathtub, looks like they haven't cleaned under the bed in ages

Do not stay here the worst hotel around there was no continental breakfast the heat was terrible the bedding was dirty! And there was a bug in the bed there's mold in the bathroom overall terrible there are many other hotels in the area for a lot cheaper and cleaner.

Never try to go cheap, it may be the worst experience when you are lied to, I want the money to be returned. This is outrageous.

This is an older hotel. It is evident as the stay goes on. But they keep the place very clean, the staff is helpful, pleasant and ready to help. There are no frilly extras, the breakfast is continental, but you don't pay for a lot of frilly extras, so you don't feel slighted by that. Overall, I needed a clean comfortable place to lay my head for a reasonable rate, and that's what I got. I would recommend and would stay here again.
