Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Williamsville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The free breakfast offered was nice, and there were plenty of options. Also, as the hotel is pet-friendly, I was able to bring my cat, which was a plus.
My room wasn't clean. There were bloodstains on the comforter and dirt in the bathtub and on several towels. Additionally, I was put in a smoking room, rather than the non-smoking room I requested.

This is a cheap hotel, well-located -- but I would still not stay here again. I stayed due to the pet-friendly nature, but the overall experience was not worth it. Dirty room, blood on the comforter, dirt on towels -- in the future I will simply pay more for a better place.

The room was fine for the price. Nothing special.
The only irritating part of the motel was the parking. There were only two handicapped spots (one of which was used by the airport shuttle) and the motel (for the size) should have had many more. This was inconvenient and should not have happened.

The hotel is exactly what it says it is -- a low priced no frills hotel. There was nothing special about it, but there was nothing really wrong with it. It is older and showing wear, but for our purposes it was fine as we were only looking for a place to sleep for a few nights. Once we ran the air conditioner, the pet smell disappeared.

Location was pretty good and it had an indoor pool price was reasonable
Hotel needs updating badly, the bathtub is in such rough shape that you can't tell if it's clean or dirty, the bathroom fan did not work, the tv is so old I couldn't hook up a DVD player to play my kids movies and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly

Basically you get what you pay for as far as this place goes, there was dried up nail polish on the bathroom door and the bathtub, looks like they haven't cleaned under the bed in ages

Proximity to the airport and low price.
The bed and room was clean, but I did find some used shampoo bottles on the floor near the bathroom.

If you are looking for a low priced hotel, this is a good deal.

Fantastic location, the smell.
The smell, and they charged $59 instead of the $47, that is steeling. Never.

Never try to go cheap, it may be the worst experience when you are lied to, I want the money to be returned. This is outrageous.

The facility and service were worthwhile for the price.

Clean. Pleasant staff, helpful and friendly.

This is an older hotel. It is evident as the stay goes on. But they keep the place very clean, the staff is helpful, pleasant and ready to help. There are no frilly extras, the breakfast is continental, but you don't pay for a lot of frilly extras, so you don't feel slighted by that. Overall, I needed a clean comfortable place to lay my head for a reasonable rate, and that's what I got. I would recommend and would stay here again.
