The false advertisement of supposedly having two separate living room along with 2 separate bedrooms was not accurate and did not go well for me and my friend. Was very displeased and was not happy about that.

Did not appreciate being falsely advertised about a certain room (the premiere suite) and not getting it upon arrival/checkin

Proximity to shopping, excellent customer service, security

seemed to be centrally located to almost everything on the strip making many things accessible by walking. Great shopping and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Very willing to attempt to accommodate you even with unforeseen circumstances.

Location, customer service and house keeping!
The view. We were in a suite on the 8th floor and staff was unable to move us to a higher/better room do to no availability! Not a big issue but we were looking forward to the strip view!

Overall this hotel definetely met out expectations for what we were looking for! Very comfortable and best of all very convinient access to the strip! We like the fact the we had a mall/bars we had to walk through to get to the strip! By the way "fat tuesday" has amazing $1 jell-o shots that everyone must try and its located inside the mall of this hotel! Very nice and delicious restaurants as well! The location was the best thing I liked about the hotel.
I couldn't get the AC in the room to work it only worked in the living room and also we couldn't get the TV's to work only the one in the kitchen worked.

The hotel was in a great location, it had an awesome view of the strip, and the staff was friendly and helpful. All for a really great price.

Great Location, Safe, Clean. When I go to a Hilton there is a level of overall quality that one can expect to receive consistently and this hotel was one of them .

The location was perfect, close to everything. Rooms were very roomy and comfotable.NO RESROT FEES - AWESOME!!!

Had a two room suite for girls weekend getaway. Plenty of room for all of us comfortably. Within walking distance of strip, restaurants, concert etc. Very happy they did not charge a resort fee like most other hotels. Would definately stay there again.

Good location on the strip
It was hard to find and inside miracle mile the signage was poor. I stopped to ask a vendor where the Elara was and they had never heard of it. It was sad because they were located three stores down from the Elara entrance.
