Very responsive staff - friendly and attentive to my needs and concerns
One of our guest had an issue with cleanliness of their bathroom. Exception not the rule.
Great experience at the hotel. The staff was very accomodating to my large group. There were one or two blips that were taken care of rather quickly an appropriately.

Kinda of difficult to get to (its on a probably new hotel street), noise of airplanes, parking fee.

Hair everywhere, even in the fridge, dental floss and even in

Love this hotel, free coffee that make fresh daily that you don't need to go to Starbuck, you got it here. The river is right behind the hotel.
