the staff was excellent. enrolled me in starwood hotels guest program immediately. I also liked that the hotel was true to it's marketing: green in every aspect.
the walls in the ballroom could've been cleaner.

Great location; walking distance to many Manhattan attractions. Modern and stylish interior in public areas and in room. Kitchen facilities in room. Really good breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay in Element Times Square. They did everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. At about 10 a.m. we arrived and just wanted to ask if they could store our suitcases - and we were excited that they offered us an early check-in then without an extra fee. The front desk staff was very polite.
The coffee mugs had these gross dry stains on them and the bathroom was dirty and the complimentary breakfast was horrible and the TV had nothing but static. You couldnt hear anything.

I feel the price was a little high for the experience that I got. I expected a lot better. The best part of the whole stay was the bed, the bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable rooms, great free breakfast, helpful staff, perfect location between Penn Station and the Javits Center.
Space around bed was a bit cramped on the wall side.

This was my third stay at The Element. I like their no smoking policy and environmentally friendly facilities. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance to the Javits Center, Theatre District and Penn Station.

rooms were nice, had a view when told i wouldn't, nice kitchen set up with large fridge and very clean bathroom.
Was a little upset that the room was not ready when we arrived but we walked around for a bit and then checked into another room that was ready.

easy location, nice rooms, plenty of adjacent stores for food and drinks as well as restaurants and bars.

having the full kitchenette was great
the elevators were terrible. Sound like a funny thing to complain about but there aren't enough elevators to support the number of guests. People often had to wait over 5 minutes (which seems like forever when you're waiting) for a lift.

Great room with kitchen, friendly staff, Heavenly Bed, Free breakfast several choices (not just a roll and coffee), Free drinks and food (chicken wings, cheese and crackers tray, salads, etc.) from 5:30-7:00pm. Very pleasant and helpful concierge.
We liked everything about it.

Wonderful location near everything - Times Square, Broadway, Subway, etc. Super nice room with a Heavenly Bed, small kitchen, 24 hour store on site (with some basic stuff like soups, snacks, drinks, quick meals), Friendly staff, Free breakfast with several choices (not just a roll and coffee), Free drinks and food (chicken wings, cheese and crackers tray, salads, etc.) from 5:30-7:00pm.
