Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Austin - Central

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the last time I stayed at an embassy suites was when I was a boy...and the grandness of these hotels still amaze me. it was also my wife's first time at an Embassy Suites she loved it very much.
the room to the little while to get cool but after I did it was great also the Internet is $10 per device which is different but I understand.

overall this was the best part of our entire stay this hotel is awesome it looks great and the breakfast is phenomenal, I am definitely going to stay here every time I come to Austin now and the prices are so reasonable. I love this place and I'm definitely coming back!!!

I liked the ambiance of the lobby and the large, clean room!

This was such a great hotel for my family. We liked the room and the kids loved the pool, the atrium, and the food.

The breakfast and Happy Hour
The room discription was misleading. It said it was a two room suite, so I was thinking there would be two beds, but there was only one bed.

The breakfast and Happy Hour are second to none.

The staff were among the most pleasant I have ever dealt with. Great buffet for breakfast.
A Shuttle service to downtown and back twice a day (say 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.) at half the cost of a cab ride would make it easier for business travelers to stay there without renting a car.

I found this to be a very nice place to stay. I was at a convention downtown and welcomed the chance to get away at the end of the day. The two room suite was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and really great to deal with. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great breakfast!
Very difficult location to access unless you know exactly where you are going! Bathroom is quite small. Not enough coffee cups in the room for the number of occupants. Seemed somewhat dated.
