Staff was helpful and friendly and the parking area seemed safe and well-lit. the coffee served at breakfast was very good but the omelettes were undercooked. wish there was more fresh fruit to choose from. This may be a very different environment on weekdays; my stay was on a weekend and the hotel was full of middle and high schoolers on some kind of sports-related trip so it was very busy and a little noisy. The room was very clean. Don't order the cheese plate from room service...it's just cheddar and swiss cut up in big chunks for $14! ...

The lobby is clean and roomy. Loved the huge selection of food for breakfast. And especially enjoyed snack time at 5:30 pm. My kids had a blast in the pool and the hot tub.
This was the best trip we have ever had and the kids can't wait for us to go back. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. I also have to mention that I was impressed with your "Go Green" eco friendly policy.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Not one problem or complaint on my part. ...
