The room was nice.
The staff was COMPLETELY RUDE. and Threatened to cancel my reservation while I was standing in the lobby hundreds of miles away from home. I was charged for parking a car I DO NOT EVEN HAVE! I also was not able to get into my room until hours past check i

I also booked a room with a mountain view, which I BARELY had, ONLY AFTER bringing it to the persons attention and started to pull up my email with information on the room I had booked months in advance. I will NOT be booking with this hotel EVER AGAIN.

I wish, they offered better parking. They have valet only parking. I am willing to pay for parking but I want to have the option to park myself.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was very good! The only thing I would recommend for this hotel is someplace where you can smoke marijuana since its a smoke free hotel and you can't smoke it in public according to law.
I wish I knew that you were a smoke free hotel. I do not smoke tobacco but smoke marijuana and would be a valid red card holder if I was a colorado resident but I live in NY and our laws are different.

This was an attractive hotel with very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay! Clean rooms, good food and the hotel was kind enough to send my swimsuit back to me all tge way to NY. Thank you!! We will definitely stay again and would recommend to other travelers!!

The entire hotel and decor was great. Breakfast was fantastic. The saline pool is very nice.
Having to pay for internet was frustrating - although there was a business office to use for printing boarding passes. The parking attendants were super nice, but parking is very expensive - $31/night. All the extras add up.

Across the street from convention center was great since I was attending a conference there. Also a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was very beautiful.
I was charged an additional large fee for parking at the end of my stay. The cook to order breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. When we arrived our neighbor had a food tray that had not been picked up, obstructing our entrance.

Don't waste your money on the room service menu, it's expensive and not really worth it. When purchasing the various room packages, I think it's best if you go find your own breakfast, at least it might be warm.

Very nice hotel! The staff was nice and so were the amenities. We wanted to be close to the Pepsi Center so it was in a great location! Would definitely stay here again!
Nothing that I didn't like.

Great pool and breakfast. Very clean rooms. Great views of downtown Denver. About a mile and a half ($7 can ride) to the Pepsi Center and right around the corner from the 16th Street Mall. You have to park in valet which was kind of pricey ($31/night) but at least you know your car is safe in a garage and not parked on the street.

The Staff was awesome, especially the folks who worked the valet service. They were all pleasant and extremely helpful, they offered to assist with directions. EXCELLENT VALET STAFF!
Location was great, except I had to explain to a 9 year old what a gentleman's cabaret was. I did not know that across the street from the hotel was a gentelmens cabaret.

Excellent choice, The morning breakfast was fantastic, better than many hotels i have stayed in. The pool was tiny but noetheless my 9 year old loved it, and i loved that it was saline and not chlorine. The happy hour was also a great treat, nice glass of wine for me and a soft drink for my children with yummy chips and salsa!

Housekeepers went through my personal items

It is a nice hotel that is really close to the convention center however lock up your personal items or they will be gone through by the housekeepers.
