This hotel really needs an overhaul. The rooms are old, fixtures look very dated. The coffee maker did not work, the faucet at the wet bar counter sprayed water up into the air when I turned it on. This facility needs to be closed down and remodeled.
This facility is well past the time for a complete overhaul. It is worn and shabby looking everywhere you look. The food service for both breakfast and during the evening cocktail period is poor. I believe this is the worst Embassy Suites you'll ever visit.

Hotel needs a good deep cleaning. Front Desk Staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Stood and waited for service twice while employee was on personal cell phone. One girl was talking to her boyfriend about the night before. Poor Management!
Close the freeway for easy access to High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Etc.
