Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Atlanta-Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Everything. The staff was great and the rooms were beautiful.
Sometimes the court yard was little on the cold side, but bring a sweater or jacket and your good!

The hotel has everything that you would need. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel grill had excellent food. Loved happy hour as well, even though we don't drink, we met some great people.

Location to my event plus easy access to highway
I did not like paying 12.00 a day to park at hotel.

Paying for parking always bothers me, just doesnt seem right when you are staying at their hotel. Also when we checked in Breakfast was 7:30-10:30 am we went down at 9:30 and all was great,(that was the weekend) then Monday we headed down same time and we were told Oh on weekdays it ends at 9am. How disappointing and when I check front desk, well they said it is on the card they give you. WHAT? I out it in my pocket and never looked at small print, I was told Breakfast at 7:30-10:30 if it was gonna change should have had a call or something, especially guests that stay the weekend and into the weekday. I would have adjusted my schedule. ...read more

I like the lobby areas, fountains and ambiance...great place to relax and take photos.
The check out clerk should have notified me that there was a fee for parking, AND the fact that you have to pay for parking. Parking should be free if you're paying that much for a hotel.

Tips for other travellers...get a room on the fifth floor, great view of the well decorated lobby. The continental breakfast is great and chef who does the customized omelets is really cool to talk to. The glass elevators are neat too. We didn't go out much, but it's near the airport so expect a lot of business travelers. Breakfast starts at 6a and there's a sea of suits and luggage in the dining area. ...read more

Manager's reception (happy hour) & free breakfast
$12 to "self park" - should be emphasized or included as it defeats the deal!

The rooms are very nice.
The hotel it self was very nice. Just didn't get any rest . The hotel was full of 200 kids running around. The room next to me was full of kids that didnt sleep much I was up at 5:30 every morning till they left at 7:30.

Great price but i do feel if you pay for rooms you shouldn't have to.pay.for.parking at the hotel.

For the price, this hotel could not have been better. What I needed was shuttle transportation to the airport. What I got was that and Happy Hour with substantial appetizers, comp wine, Breakfast w/an omelette chef and an excellent buffet- all comp
Not a thing!

Please see above. Loved it all including staff who really seemed to like their jobs and their company.
