The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff was especially courteous during breakfast.
Parking deck did not have direct access to the interior of the hotel. You had to use exterior stairwells and then use an exterior breezeway to enter.

The staff was most helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient and most of all free. Very close to MARTA with free shuttle if you don't want to walk. The breakfast manager did us a huge favor which we greatly appreciated!

Excellent value for the money, especially with the cooked to order breakfast, free parking and proximity to MARTA. Great restaurants and shopping close by, easy access to interstate if you want to drive downtown or other Atlanta areas.

Breakfast eas to be from 6-10AM. Got down at 8:40 and we had a Gal cleaning our table at 9AM while we were still stiing there.Nobody else was there I guess they were closing.

The surrounding area was beautiful and close to shopping areas.
They tried to charge me for Wi-Fi I never used but it was resolved quickly.

Overall, this place was magnificent for the price. The fitness center was spacious and had everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was nice but it took a whole for the food to be restocked and there was no one present making sure everyone that was eating was actually a guest at the hotel. I loved the location and the price. It was very convenient to restaurants, malls and Nightlife. The initial appearance is very striking. The lobby was very modern and clean.
I didn't not like the fact that I wasn't informed that the ice machine on my floor was inoperable. Also, the soda machines were out of everything, all the way down to the 5th floor. (I was on the 10th floor). I tried every floor thinking if I just go one

Got this room at a very reasonable rate. It was well worth it. The parking garage is a walk away and we were never able to get a close spot near the entrance so be prepared. It was visually appealing and the staff was very nice and cheerful. It is very close to the Perimeter Mall and not far from Lenox. The have complimentary breakfast with a customized omelets made to order which we loved and the also have the happy hour each night for guests, which we never made it back in time for, but seemed like it would been a cool little extra. ...read more

The value for the price. We got afternoon snacks, breakfast for the family, kids had their own room.
Staff was rude and not helpful. Rooms need to be updated. First room was smoke filled.

I wouldn't stay here again. Even though it was priced right, the staff was rude and the rooms were out-dated.

Front desk clerk was a pleasure to deal.
Check in took a long time.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. I was not impressed with the check in. It took too long to check in. My reservation was for a king size bed and none were available. Staff was very helpful and found a king size bed and also recommended a restaurant to eat at and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer.
