Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Baltimore-North

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Best location but there were lot of alternate cheaper, better hotels in the Neighborhood.
Horrible amenities and the bathroom was EXTREMELY BAD. Shower did not work properly. It was BROKEN. No Coffee maker in the room.

This hotel has the horrible amenities especially the BATHROOM. THE SHOWER was BROKEN. BEDS were horrible. ALL three of us woke up with a sprained back. There were other nicer, better and beautiful hotels in the neighborhood hood and much CHEAPER.All my friends stayed in those places for way cheaper price too. There was no INTERNET in rooms. DO not order ROOM SERVICE at all. THEY tack on 60% as delivery charges if you order in small qty. FRONT DESK is HELPFUL. WE WILL NEVER GO HERE. ...read more

The layout of the hotel is great. Even if there is a lot of noise in the public areas its always quite because the bedrooms are situated in the back of the suite.
The heating system was difficult to regulate.

Liked the location alot.
Night before major 2.5K walk and onsight weddings made for long lines and packed pool.

The hotel was packed with weddings and people participating in a 2.5K run/walk the next day. there were not enough servers for the cocktail hours at all creating long lines. We ended up skipping this. Breakfast in the morning would have been fine except they totally ran out of regular coffee for awhile.

Room size is great, breakfast is phenomenal.
High noise level from the atrium late into the nighter (morning!). Since all rooms face the atrium, it is difficult to get away from the noise. Suggest you bring earplugs if staying at this hotel on a weekend.

Nice hotel with lovely atrium area. Large rooms, good if traveling with a family of more than 4. Excellent breakfast. Very noisy partying in the atrium in the evening and sound carries to all the rooms since they all face the atrium. Bring earplugs. Staff is very friendly.

Pool was very small for the size of the motel.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were top-notch.
The resturant and bar staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

Very convientent for travel with my husband and 19 year old daughter. We get a private room and so does she!
