Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Charlotte

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice atrium
Staff was incredibly rude compared to all the other Embassy Suites I've stayed at.

I will never return here and I love embassy suites

Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. Room furnishings, clean, courteous staff. Breakfast was exceptional!
No.

Had forgotten how nice it was to stay at an Embassy Suite! (Won't forget from now on.)

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great cook to order breakfast.
No coffee for the coffee maker in the room. It had not beenb replenished.

Very clean, and very much up to Embassy Suites standards.

Staff was wonderful. And room was much larger and better than I expected.

My stay was a very positive experience. The last night there was a reception for a group in open area in the middle of the hotel. An acoustic guitar player who was very good and I did enjoy a glass of sangeria while listening however it was loud when I returned to my room. No problem though due to a second door in my room which blocked the noise. It was no problem for me but may bothr others. ...read more

Great rooms, nice pool/spa, AMAZING food (room service) and love the manager reception and free breakfast!
Manager reception snacks were a little lacking on the first night, second night was a little better.

Great hotel, love the atrium atmosphere, nice rooms and excellent food in the restaurant (and room service). When my family travels we always look for an Embassy Suites, they never disappoint!

Priceline descriptions lead us to understand that internet was included in the room price. We found out at the hotel that internet would cost us $9.95 a day. I hate getting nickel and dimed for items that should be included in the room rate.

This is not a 3 1/2 star hotel. Decor is ho hum at best. The bed was uncomfortable, manager's happy hour was very lameLocated at a very busy intersection with lots of traffic. Horns blaring at 5:00 am. I hope to never stay here again.

The Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
This hotel is very old and in need of major renovations. The Omaha Steakhouse should be shut down. The manager there was useless. I walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be seated and then another 7 minutes for a waiter. The manager was useless....

Close to I-77 but very old and dated. In addition, the clientele is very classless and no sense of manners or respect for being in a hotel. Just not what you think when you stay at an Embassy Suites - but hey - I got it off of Priceline, what should I have expected for the price....really. Overall, it was okay but next time in Charlotte, I'll pay to stay at the W in downtown... ...read more

The free breakfast was the best feature. The food was cooked fresh and the staff was very nice in preparing the food. Additionally, parking was ample and secure.
The shower leaked onto the floor.

Good location near the airport. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Staff is efficient and polite. Parking is ample, well lit and secure.
