The beds were somewhat too soft for me, but otherwise great.
This is a great hotel. Clean, well staffed, and accessible to all major attractions in Chicago. The Priceline rate was exceptional.

location and room. The front desk staff were nice, they originally quoted us a higher rate than what I had confirmed, I had to find the email confirmation to show them and they corrected it without issue.
The only thing was that breakfast was a zoo.... there were no clean plates and we had to wait about 5 minutes for plates. And once they arrived it was a bum rush for plates. Not well organized.
Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. What else do you need? And the rate we got the location was outstanding!

I loved the Manager's Reception in the evening time. The hotel staff was just so helpful, everyone did a great job in making us fell comfortable in the city.
i wish the pool was open later, it was a bit smaller than i though it would be but still nice.
The room was spacious with a nice view of the city, everything was clean and neat. i dont wanna stay in any other hotel when travling. i fell in love with embassy suites.

Rooms were great and the Happy Hour and Breakfast was very good
Nothing you can do about it but the noise level at night was high. Many trucks/garbage and emergency trucks seemed to be many.
Great area for nightlife and restaurants.

This hotel had an amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful and pleasant to interact with. The room was clean and modern with a great view of State Street.
It was a bit further from the action than I preferred, but it was 2 blocks from a subway and in a lovely area.
This is a great, family-friendly place. It was pleasant, well-lit and the breakfast was awesome. Sometimes there was a line, so get to the restaurant early.

The open atrium is beautiful. The cook to order breakfast was the best free breakfast I have every had at a hotel. Great location in the loop.
