Staff were very accommodating -- arranged for utensils to be delivered to the room, quickly corrected some internet connection issues.
Very nice public spaces. Breakfast (free) was OK (should have done the "custom made" omelets rather than the buffet!)Overall very pleased with the experience

The Breakfast area was not cleaned very well all 3 days we were there.
Great location E-Z highway axcess lots of good places to dine close, also the Polo club had excellent food. Good Chef!

The breakfast was great. The Happy Hour is a nice touch. The pool and Hot tub are nice. Nice size rooms. Friendly and attentive Staff.
They kept the lobby and pool area are kept way too cold! Several guests complained. They refused to do anything about it. Leaky ceiling in pool area.

Room was great. Public areas (especially the chairs by the fireplace) were great.
Manager's reception each evening was disappointing and much less that I've previously experienced at Embassy Suites. On evening of 12/24 we were there at about 5:45 - no appetizers. On evening of 12/25 we were there at about 8:00 - appetizers all gone.
Rooms and public spaces are great. Breakfast each morning, especially the custom made omlettes, was very good.
