Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Crystal City-National Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff members are very helpful. The hotel shuttle dropped off/picked up us to/from the metro stations, airport and church. Wow!
Free internet. Most of the budgeted hotels provide free wireless internet.

We really like this hotel. Simple and fast check-in and check-out. Well trained staff with big smiling!

I would share this hotel and I believe it is very nice and very clean, although it could use a over all cosmetic update (bathrooms, furniture and linens.)

It was quiet. Bed better than the Hilton in Dupont Circle.
Price line booked me in a smoking room. Front desk person at first was very disagreeable. But manager stepped in to resolve.

Food and food and bar service is terrible. The add fruit to all the salad dishes and the dressing is far too sugary. The bartender left for long periods of time. The menu did not have any food that sounded appealing. I would not recommend the restaurant for anything but breakfast. Poor wine list.

The extras!!!!! Breakfast included - saved lots of $$$$ Happy hour - who doesn't like happy hour?!
Very satisfied with the hotel. Our room overlooked the highway and we could hear traffic noise.

Embassy Suites is a lovely hotel with all the amenities you would ask for. Food was very good, staff excellent. Spotless place. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The windows need more weather stripping. Cold air was breezing in the cracks. We put towels at the bottom of them to keep the room warmer. The shower was adapted for handicapped guests and the water overflowed through the bathroom when we used it.

This hotel is a great value. The room was large and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, especially housekeeping and front desk. The breakfast was amazing and the manager's reception in the evening was a nice touch. The free shuttle was quick to the Pentagon metro. We kept the heating unit on to give us some white noise to sleep by so traffic noises were not a problem even though we were on the busy street side. The hotel seemed very full by Saturday night but it was quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. ...read more

The hotel did not have any parking for visitors at all. I know that I was staying in a smoking room, but I did not expect it to smell so disgusting. I asked for air fresheners and they gave me disinfectant sprays. They were not helpful at all.

The lobby of the hotel looks nice but the rooms and its furniture were completely horrible. All the furniture looked very old. Our couch was so old that it sagged and it looked very dirty. Definitely not worth what I paid for. Will never go here ever again. Not only does my room smells horrible, the hallway smells bad too.I should have spent a little bit more money and stay at somewhere much better. What a mistake. ...read more
