The free full breakfast and the swan feeding.
The furniture was worn and a sharp point scratched my nephew. The pool was freezing even though it was supposed to be heated.

The hotel was very nice.

The bed was comfortable, the room private, quiet and comfortably appointed. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe. The hotel is easy to access and unmarred by the nearby freeway construction.
I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. The image of the pool on the website depicts an outdoor pool with a sunbathing area. I was pretty disappointed to discover the pool was indoors.

Understaffed - long check-in lines. We had only 2 towels for 5 people. Large make-up stain on comforter - yuck. No pillows or blankets for sofa bed in the room. The indoor pool is very small, dirty & run down...hot tub was worse.

This property is older and in need of some remodeling. The tiny indoor pool needs a complete overhaul. Breakfast was ok, but chaotic - not a good flow & not enough room for all guests to dine. Many sat in lobby to eat.

The room was very clean and had a lot of room the bar tender was very very nice. It was in a good location for what we needed
The elevators were very very slow, often waiting up to 10 mins we never got to use the hot tub or pool. There was no spa as listed. The breakfast line was over a 30 min wait the staff was very unfriendly

There are not many pros, the location and size of the room is about it. The staff is very unfriendly, the wait for the elevator and breakfast was very very long also leaving no where to Sit. I asked for a map for the local area and was told not to worry i could find it. We were never told of the shutle, we chose this hotel basised on it having a spa. The "spa" was just a hottub off the pool, that was over run with very small children that even after reporting them of being un supervised was still not taken care of. This hotel is not worth the money and is about the same rate of a super 8 thanks for making my vacation bad!!! ...read more

The breakfast was horrible. Food and no silverware, cold waffles and no syrup. We picked this hotel because of their breakfast and it turned out to be a waste. Would rather have picked a hotelCloser to the galleria.

Have stayed at Embassy Suites many times and find them a good value with happy hour and breakfast. Two room suite suites my travel needs well.
During night I had to call front desk twice concerning a load group in the bar area. This was between 1AM and 2AM. This kept me from a good nights sleep. At breakfast the chief was rude and unacommidating.

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour. Will stay here again.

We will stay here again. Staff was wonderful. Made to order omelets in the morning and cocktail hour in the beautiful lobby. Room is spacious and comfortable. Workout room was great. The location is very close to galleria mall and great restaurants.

Love the swans! The staff was great!
They ran out of pillows the first night. The pillows were small so that made the problem worse. They didn't check on the pool towel supply.

We once stayed in this hotel and my son fell in love with the two live swans living there. For two years he always talked about the swans. Without knowing we booked the same hotel two years later. We knew we were going to get the great service we got the first time we stayed in the hotel, the beds were very comfortable, the workers at the front desk were very nice.
