Most of the staff were very cheerful and egar to help. The location was perfect for me.
The internet was not free and every other Embassy I have stayed at the Internet has not been an additional charge. There was some trash our room, the room was humid, and smelled like smoke. I have stayed at may Embassy Suites in TX and this was the worst.

Protective parking ... Gargle under ground parking with signs park at own risk not responsible, take everything out of car.... Pretty scare walking into hotel with no security! hotel

The only thing nice about this hotel is the friendly staff and beautiful lobby.
The rooms smelled moldy and musty... The parking garage was a bit scary that's probably because of the not so lovely area this hotel is located... The pool was murky and good all over the ground
We were here for spring break we booked a two night stay here and ended up only staying the first night losing money and checking into a nicer hotel else where. I've stayed in many embassy suites but this is by the dumpiest! Rooms were moldy and musty smelling pool was murky and food all over the ground it's not located In the best area I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

When we arrived at 6:00 p.m., there were plates of leftover food sitting on the railing outside the room in two different spots. A housekeeping cart blocked the hallway. The plates of food were still sitting on the railing when we checked out.

The hotel had pretty good rooms and the breakfast was good.
The elevator broke and a gospel group was pretty loud but it was ok.
If I go back to Dallas I will probably stay here. Good location of the highway and the staff was great.

The happy hour!
A lot of kids, but it was spring break, so it was understandable.
Definitely take part in the free breakfast & the happy hour. It wasn't until the last night that we realized that the happy hour wasn't just soda!
