The staff was very helpful and friendly. The common areas were very nice and spacious and the breakfast was delicious and there was an large selection.
The Dallas Aquarium was absolutely terrific and well worth seeing. One of the best I have been to. The Arboretum was beautiful also.

Protective parking ... Gargle under ground parking with signs park at own risk not responsible, take everything out of car.... Pretty scare walking into hotel with no security! hotel
Beautiful libby , relaxing atmosphere with orderves Indoor pool .. Free hot breakfast Parking area spooky no security under ground garage with warning signs of theft ..

THE WONDERFUL ROOM HAD PLENTY OF SPACE FOR OUR FAMILY, THE MANAGERS SPECIAL IN THE EVENING IS VERY NICE TO RELAX AND LET THE KIDS HAVE SNACKS AND ENJOY EACHOTHERS TIME. THEN THE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING IS AMAZING!!!!!

I was there for the Texas Cup soccer tournament and the location was greatin reference to Richland College where it was held. I was able to check inearly which help a great deal.
The hotel was great, staff was excellent. I loved the underground parking andthe fact to get to the rooms it was necessary to have a room key. The rooms were nice and clean, room service was great.

Great common areas & workout room.
Elevators horrible, one TV had a tuner going, they put us on second floor with a party playing salsa music until 1am in a ballroom below (without giving us a choice or notifying us), luke warm water in shower.
Hadn't stayed here in 20 years. They've done nice job upgrading all the facilities except the world's worst elevators. No stair access into main lobby as an option is crazy!

The TV did not work in our room to start with I had to fix it myself. Also the phone in the room had a bad connection I could barely hear the front desk when asking about the TV.
Overall the room was nice.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. Really enjoyed the managers reception each night and the free full breakfast buffet each morning.
Swimming pool was so cold it felt as though someone had dumped a ton of ice into it.
Excellent place to stay whether you are a family on vacation or on a business trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.
