The room was large, the help staff was friendly.
The desk staff ran from hot to cold. They need help.
I was both on my honeymoon and business trip. You had to rent a chair on their beach, rent WiFi and the food was very over-priced with terrible service. One man was a very good waiter. We would try to catch him so that we could have service. The breakfasts were wonderful. In this case the help staff saves this hotel. The upper staff, management and gals at the front desk have no idea of the word hospitality. We had to walk down to the front desk as they would not answer the phone. They would not call a cab for us. I think they fainted when I needed a special dinner.
