Family Traveling with Young Children
We stayed at this hotel because I know from prior stays at embassy suites, that its a very family friendly hotel. I love the two room suite and breakfast. Way convenient for families! They had awesome customer service. Any time we needed anything it was taken care of promptly and with a smile. My only complaints would be that they should have an extra comforter for the sofa bed and the pool looked dirty. We still had a great time and enjoyed our stay! ...

To be able to pick up this hotel at such a great price was wonderful. We have been staying at this location since it was erected. To bad this price is not available during normal times.

The hotel is beautiful inside and the breakfasts are awesome! However, the staff was quite rude & indifferent. The pool was freezing, not sure why they called it a 'heated pool.'. The hot tub was broken for the weekend, supposedly, & we specifically went there for our 5 year old to swim for his bday weekend! The staff didn't care or offer consolation- they were willing to refund our money & send us on our way. This made me think that perhaps they close the hot tub every weekend so kids don't get in it. ...

Have always enjoyed staying here for short getaways. The breakfast Chef has been here for 25 years and makes the best made to order omelets and Belgium waffles.
