The breakfast was fantastic and I also enjoyed the manager's snack in the evenings.
We were not terribly pleased with the room service. Our bed always looked half-made as if very little effort was put forth.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The close access to the beach was awesome and their free breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed the free drinks in the evening.

The room was bigger than what we expected.The breakfast was excellent we enjoyed it so we hated to check out.
we loved everything.

We loved everything about the hotel. The room was bigger than what we expected. The breakfast was excellent and we had a short walk across the road to a very beautiful white sand beach. We are planning to stay for several days next time.

Rooms although well kept are a little dated it now need a remodel for a 10/10 rating

Great staff at check in, bar, resturant and housekeeing. A motivated, customer focussed and very professional staff. Room was as expected albeit now a little tired, I believe a remodelling programme for the rooms is about to start. If this was done then at this price point in the market this hotel would offer outstanding value for money. The staff was great especially the omelet maker, i can't remember his name.The bartender was not very friendly.The room was fine,we were in the Celebration Suite. The staff was great.
My only complaint was the pool and hot tub was out side.

Eatery, mall, outlet store on main strip.Beach right across street from hotel.
