Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Greenville Golf Resort And Conference Ctr

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The rooms were very nice, as well as the inside of the Hotel Lobby and atrium. I did like the 12 o'clock check out and free breakfast.
The 2nd floor rooms were to close to all the night life to get any rest. The night time staff didn't seems to be on top of things as we expected for this Hotel.

This Hotel is very nice to look at. It draws a lot of outside crowds coming for other things besides staying at the Hotel like party rooms etc. We started out on the 2nd floor room 226 which is directly located above a room that was rented for a very loud party, which we ask to be moved around 11:15 pm. We were moved to another room 525 whereas about the time we were asleep by 12:20 when we were abruptly waken by someone else trying to enter our room with a key the front desk had given them. The phone rang shortly after the other people went back down to someone asking me "Who is this in this room" I clearly told him my name and that they had moved us an hr or so before. No apology for waking us or letting someone barge in on us or anything, just "that"s all I need" and then hung up. Then at 1:30 in the morning we were once again very loud noise coming from the atrium area, remember were on the 5th floor, the staff along with what appeared to be a manager decides to rearrange all the tables and chairs by sliding them across the tile floor without picking anything up. I left a comment card with the front desk the next morning with all my contact information on it and it has been 8 days so far with not the first email or phone call from anyone at the Hotel. So much for customer relations, all I was looking for was were sorry and will try to learn from the mistakes. ...read more

Nice size rooms and accommodating staff. Breakfast was plentiful, good, and free.
Probably needs newer furniture.

Great hotel for multiple days stays and no need to be directly downtown. Easy to get downtown and interstates.

The size of the room was great. I loved have 2 TV's so our daughter could watch what she wanted and so could we. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was definately more than I expected.

I had never stayed at this brand of hotel before, but thanks to Priceline, I was able to experience the hotel and the wonderful guest room at a great rate.

Hotel rooms were very nice. Staff (especially the breakfast omlet lady) were quite service oriented. The omlet lady was like morning sunshine...great service excellence skills. The hotel could use some renovation, but for 3 stars very adequate.
We both swim laps daily and were hoping to get our laps in before dinner..the outdoor pool was closed (seasonal) and the indoor pool was closed (not sure why). We were able to work out in the fitness center, so there was an alternative solution.

The manager's reception could provide a few more snacks, and perhaps stick to wine and beer. Breakfast is great, and the omlet lady definitely gets your day going in the right direction. She should be placed on a pedestal. Great image for the hotel. Started off our day with a smile. She is definitely an Ambassador for Embassy Suites...give her a raise.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was safe for a single, female, business traveler. It's located a little on the outskirts of Greenville, but was very close to the work I was there to do.
I like this hotel a lot and I will probably return.

The great automation area. The perfect place to finish up / print out the daily homeschool work! Also enjoyed the 6 AM breakfast. It was early enough for the early riser to enjoy.
Nothing - it was all good.

Good location, although not within walking distance to other food establishments. The breakfast makes up for the distance issue. Front desk staff very pleasant and welcoming - even though I was a "prepaid" customer.
