Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Jacksonville-Baymeadows

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Spacious rooms, great room service, continental breakfast, computer printers, soft bed.
In-room wifi was "honor's members" only, there wasn't any entertainment close by, and the elevators/stairs were set up weird so that unless you wanted to end up out the side of the building into the parking lot you HAD to take the elevator.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It had all the amenities I look for in a hotel room (except in-room wifi, you only get that if you're in the "honors" program) such as free parking, continental breakfast, and an indoor pool. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable as heck, and the room service was delicious. The only downside was that it wasn't near any entertainment so the first night of my stay was pretty boring. ...read more

I liked the hot continental breakfast the most.
The room was adequate. There was a lot of moisture build up in the bathroom (rust marks and evidence of mold). The area the hotel was located in was somewhat for the price, I was pleased with what the hotel provided.

The amenities were great. My boyfriend loved the breakfast.
Just the fact that my shower didn't work and I had to change rooms.

Overall it was a great hotel.

I loved the small sitting room and kitchen area. The bed was especially comfortable. The free breakfast was a feast, very delicious and special.
I only wish that I could have stayed longer.

The hotel was close to the Mayo Clinic as well as being convenient to shopping and places to eat. It was easy to get around and close to major roadways. I wish that I had known about the wonderful sitting room. I really enjoyed that the microwave and refrigerator as well as sofa, chair and tv were in this wonderful little separate space away from the bedroom. So much easier to share space with others when you HAVE space. The breakfast provided was wonderful. ...read more

The rooms were comfortable except for pullout couch, Motel 6 had better
Dining staff did not so a good job clearing tables, keeping breakfast buffet neat and stocked. Good area tended to be junky. Although messy, the omelet maker did excellent job keeping the flow moving.

The main building was beautiful, however we got stuck in another building that looked more like an add on. I was traveling with my children and quite frankly it was a little scary.
The add on building that we were put in was nothing like the main building. I never found anyone at the front desk that spoke good english. The free breakfast was almost nonexistent.

The main building was beautiful however there is a back building apart from that which is a little scary, not near as nice. The people at the front desk don't speak good english. The free breakfast was a joke. We were there an hour and a half before it was to close and they were out of everything including cereal, milk and orange juice. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It was easy to find and close to several places of interest. The resturaunt in the hotel looked nice but very, very high end, so unless your ready to pop down $40 a person I wouldn't recommend it. ...read more

The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. As usual, Embassy Suites has a wonderful layout and the breakfast was fantastic.
Wi-fi was not included, but the hotel offered an office area.

Rather convenient to highway access. If you're military, don't forget to ask for an additional discount!

Indoor pool was great for colder days outside. Filled up on a great free breakfast before beginning our adventures.

Hotel staff was informative and helpful. Indoor was nice for kids. Room was very clean and spacious.

The rooms.
Yes the only thing I didnt like was not notified of a party that was going on. The kids were out of control and running around the hotel. Everyone on our floor came out of there room 12 at night disrupted by an altercation.

It is a beautiful hotel that I would recommend to others
